Welcome to Anushka Kukreja Makeovers ("AK Makeovers", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the booking of our makeup, hairstyling, styling, and related beauty services.

By accessing this website or confirming a booking with us, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

 

1. Bookings

Appointments are accepted strictly based on availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of the required booking advance.

Your preferred date and time will be reserved only after the booking advance has been successfully received and acknowledged by our team. Until then, the requested date remains open for other enquiries.

 

2. Consultation

Every booking begins with a personalised consultation where we take the time to understand your event, vision, outfit, jewellery, skin type, hairstyle preferences, makeup expectations, and overall aesthetic.

Consultations may be conducted:

  • In person

  • Via Google Meet

  • Through a video call

This ensures we curate a look that is uniquely tailored to you.

 

3. Makeup Trials

Makeup trials are optional but highly recommended, especially for bridal bookings.

  • Trial sessions are chargeable.

  • Each trial session generally takes between 2.5 to 3.5 hours.

  • Trial appointments are subject to availability.

  • Trial charges are separate from your event booking.

  • Trial appointments allow us to refine every detail of your final look and ensure complete confidence before your special day.

 

4. Pricing

All quotations are customised based on your specific requirements and are valid only for the services discussed during the consultation.

Should you request additional services after confirmation or on the day of the event, additional charges may apply.

Prices are subject to revision without prior notice; however, once your booking has been confirmed, your quoted pricing will remain unchanged.

 

5. Payments

A booking advance is required to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance must be paid within the timeline communicated during your booking process.

Failure to complete payments within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of your appointment.

 

6. Travel & Venue

We are proudly based in Bangalore and are available for destination and outstation bookings across India.

Within Bangalore

Travel charges are calculated based on the prevailing Uber fare from our base location to your venue.

Outstation & Destination Weddings

For bookings outside Bangalore, clients are responsible for:

  • Travel expenses

  • Accommodation

  • Local transportation

  • Any additional logistics required for the assigned team

These expenses will be discussed and confirmed before the booking is finalised.

 

7. Team Allocation

The number of artists and stylists assigned to your booking depends on:

  • Number of clients requiring services

  • Services booked

  • Event timelines

  • Venue logistics

Our objective is to ensure every client receives the highest level of attention without compromising quality, punctuality, or the overall experience.

 

8. Hairstyling & Styling Services

Hairstyling and styling services may be booked independently without makeup.

Our styling services include professional hairstyling, saree draping, dupatta setting, veil placement, outfit styling, and various traditional and contemporary draping techniques.

These services are charged separately unless included within a customised package.

 

9. Client Responsibilities

To help us provide the best possible experience, clients are requested to:

  • Arrive on time for appointments.

  • Inform us in advance of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions.

  • Share accurate event schedules and venue details.

  • Ensure adequate seating, lighting, mirrors, electrical access, and workspace at the venue.

  • Notify us promptly of any changes to the booking.

Delays resulting from inaccurate schedules or unsuitable working conditions may affect service timelines.

 

10. Hygiene Standards

Maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism is one of our priorities.

All brushes, tools, and equipment are thoroughly sanitised after every client, and only professional-grade products and internationally recognised beauty brands are used throughout the service.

 

11. Photography & Portfolio Usage

At Anushka Kukreja Makeovers, we deeply value the privacy and trust of every client.

Photographs or videos of your completed makeup and styling will only be captured and shared with your prior consent. No images or videos will be used on our website, social media platforms, portfolio, marketing materials, advertisements, or promotional campaigns without your explicit permission.

If you choose to grant permission, you may withdraw your consent at any time before the content is published by notifying our team. We are committed to respecting your privacy and ensuring that your personal moments remain entirely your choice to share.

 

12. Cancellation & Rescheduling

Booking advances are generally non-refundable.

If you wish to reschedule your booking, we will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your preferred date. Rescheduling requests are subject to our availability, and while we will always try our best to honour your request, availability cannot be guaranteed.

If your requested date is unavailable, the original booking terms and advance payment policy shall continue to apply.

 

13. Delays

While every effort is made to maintain scheduled timings, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic conditions, adverse weather, venue restrictions, travel disruptions, or emergencies may occasionally affect arrival times.

Should any unavoidable delay occur, our team will inform you at the earliest opportunity.

 

14. Service Satisfaction

Every service is personalised based on your consultation and individual preferences.

Clients are encouraged to review and approve their final look before the service is completed. We are happy to accommodate minor refinements and touch-ups during the appointment to ensure you are completely satisfied with your look.

However, significant changes requested after the makeup has been completed and approved—such as changing the overall style, colour palette, or makeup look—may require additional time, products, and resources and therefore may be subject to additional charges.

 

15. Limitation of Liability

While we use premium international beauty products and professional techniques, individual skin types, environmental conditions, and aftercare practices may influence product performance.

Anushka Kukreja Makeovers shall not be held liable for:

  • Allergic reactions not disclosed before the appointment.

  • Skin conditions or sensitivities unknown to us.

  • Damage caused by improper handling after completion of the service.

  • Delays caused by third-party vendors, venue management, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

  • Loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the appointment.

 

16. Intellectual Property

All content displayed on this website—including but not limited to photographs, videos, branding, logos, graphics, written content, designs, and other creative assets—is the intellectual property of Anushka Kukreja Makeovers, unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, republished, or used in any form without prior written permission.

 

17. Website Usage

By accessing this website, you agree not to:

  • Misuse or interfere with the functionality of the website.

  • Attempt unauthorised access to any section of the website.

  • Copy or reproduce website content without permission.
